As the Managing Director of Aspire Estate Agents, he built and ultimately orchestrated the successful sale of a highly respected agency defined by its uncompromising standards and client-first architecture.
Turning his focus to Dubai, Tom recognised a distinct void in the market. While the Emirates offered unprecedented architectural ambition, the advisory landscape was largely transactional, loud, and volume-driven. Investors required a sanctuary. Create Real Estate was established to bridge this gap—introducing the discipline, poise, and absolute discretion of a traditional London Private Office to the Middle East.
